- Dr. Allan Gerson, has served as Chief Counsel to the U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. (Jeane Kirkpatrick), Counselor for International Affairs and Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the Office of Legal Counsel, U.S. Dept. of Justice (Reagan Administration). He has a law degree from N.Y.U. and a doctorate in international law from Yale. He brought the successful Pan Am 103 case against Libya and various subsequent cases involving Saudi Arabia and others. - Dr. Peter Watson formerly served as Chairman of the U.S. International Trade Commission, President of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) and Assistant National Security Adviser for Asian Affairs in the White House. He is currently in the private sector engaged in global strategic and investment activities. Dr. Watson is principally involved in the energy sector and with the Government of Ras al-Khaimah (one of the emirates of the UAE). He is a senior financial advisor to the Government of RAK. He also serves on the Board of the Flour Corporation and holds a doctorate in comparative law (D.C.L) from McGill University.
